As i said in my previous post, I have found an alternative to Dia for MAC & Linux users...i.e. Inkscape
This software isn't exactly a Diagram Designer like Dia, but its tools helps you to create much more nice diagrams then Dia...
Advance effects which makes your diagram more attractive, and has many more features(its like photo editor & diagramer both in one) just find it out by downloading it....
Its medium - weight & platform independent...
